Three terminal-UI refinements: - Esc in navigation clears an active / filter (new ClearSearch action); Enter keeps the filter and returns to navigation, / re-opens editing. - Captured rows render a trailing down-arrow at the end of the row (outside the action brackets), visible while browsing any provider. - v toggles the frequency spectrum at runtime; the spectrum client-config value still sets the startup default.
