Pin the desktop notification app-name to crabidy
notify-rust defaults the app-name to the executable file name (cbd-tui), so notification-daemon rules keyed on app-name break whenever the binary is renamed or wrapped. Set it explicitly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
